Frequently Asked Questions

I offer individual online therapy to adults. People come to me for many reasons, including anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, self-worth, identity, life transitions, trauma, loss, spirituality, personal growth and authentic self-expression.
-
At the beginning of each session, I will usually invite you to share what feels most alive for you in that moment. When it feels appropriate, we will move into energy work. This may include energy balancing, addressing energetic blockages and reversals, meridian tapping, and working with the chakras and other energetic systems.
I use energy testing to receive information and guidance from your subtle energy system, helping to identify what may be most beneficial to explore and how best to approach it. My practice draws on Phil Mollon’s Blue Diamond Healing approach, which involves connecting with Source for healing and guidance. I also integrate talking therapy, somatic, parts-based and other approaches as and when they are supportive.
-
I welcome people of all backgrounds, identities and lived experiences. I am committed to offering an inclusive, respectful and non-discriminatory therapeutic space, with awareness of how identity, inequality and marginalisation can shape a person’s experiences.
This includes respect for all protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010: age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex and sexual orientation.

I offer weekly online sessions for adults. Each session lasts 60 minutes, is held via Zoom and costs £90. A small number of reduced-fee spaces may be available; please ask when enquiring.
Time zone: All appointments are scheduled in UK time (GMT/BST). If you are based outside the UK, please include your country and time zone when enquiring so that I can confirm whether I am able to work with you from your location. -
Before we begin, I offer a free 30-minute telephone or Zoom consultation. This gives us an opportunity to meet, connect and explore whether working together feels right.
If we decide to work together, the first session gives us time to begin exploring what brings you to therapy, what you are hoping for and what you need in order to feel safe and supported in our work. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and share anything you feel is important for me to understand.
-
You do not need to share my particular spiritual beliefs, but it is helpful to be open to connecting with Source, God or the Divine (or whichever term speaks to you), as this underpins how I work.
-
Yes. I have a special interest in trauma, and my approach is trauma-informed and carefully paced. We may begin by developing safety, stability and supportive resources rather than going directly into painful memories. We will regularly review what feels manageable and appropriate for you as well as being guided by your energy system.
-
I take your confidentiality and privacy seriously and work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework. There are limited exceptions, usually involving a serious risk of harm or a legal obligation. I will explain these clearly when we begin. Please attend online sessions from a private space, where you cannot be overheard.
-
I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are normally charged in full, apart from any exceptions outlined within our working agreement.
-
There is no fixed number of sessions. We can work together for as long as the therapy continues to feel helpful and appropriate, regularly reviewing how the work is progressing. When it feels time to end, we will plan this together so there is space to reflect on our work and bring it to a thoughtful close.
